Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your contemporary fashion pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (all categories including necklaces)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body:
- Your full name and contact information
- Item name, size/color
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: indicate your preferred size/color
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- Instructions for international returns
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Include in your package:
- Item in original packaging with tags attached
- Copy of your invoice or packing slip
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
- You’ll receive email confirmation when complete
- Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Defective Items
