Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (all categories including necklaces)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- Instructions for international returns
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- Item in original packaging
- Original tags attached
- Copy of your invoice or packing slip
Note: For exchanges, please indicate your preferred size/color in your initial email.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- You’ll receive email confirmation when complete
- Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
International Returns:
For customers outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
