This is a beautiful boot (ordered the dark brown color). The shaft is super narrow, which looks nice on, but is very uncomfortable and almost painful getting on and off. Perhaps this boot is good for you if you have a narrow foot.

These were kind of a plasticky leather. Very stiff. I returned them

These are very narrow, and at least 1/2 size smaller than normal size 8. Additionally, while I love the tight ankle boot look, it’s nice to be able to get your foot in the boot. This was a big struggle, as the ankle was too tight to get the boot on comfortably, and I have slender ankles. It took 5 mins to get it on. Geez, put a zipper on it, will ya?? That said, the leather seemed ok, and the sole was ok.
